Terms and Conditions

  • REFUND POLICY- No refunds after service has been rendered


  • We are NOT mediators, attorneys or judges (this is not a law firm)


  • We DO NOT provide mediation service on any level 


  • We DO NOT give legal advice & opinions 


  • We DO NOT participate in any conversations between you and your co-parent (we are a neutral 3rd party company)


  • For all Monthly Memberships (only)- You can cancel at anytime. We bill every 5th day of the month, so as long as you cancel (in writing, by email) by the 3rd day of that same month, you will NOT be charged for the new month 


  • For Email ‘Messenger’ Service (only)- We do not relay messages before 8am and after 8pm (in your respective time zones)


  • We are a VIRTUAL (only) Airline company providing Co-Parenting Wellness, Communication & MESSAGING Services. We DO NOT have public offices where you can come in to visit our team. *Our call centers are located around the world (Arizona, California, New York, London, Australia, Japan & Brazil). We serve all U.S States, Overseas & Military Members | Non-English Speaking Clients- we do have Language Interpreters as needed or requested


  • IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A COURT ORDER THAT STATES A ‘SPLIT PAY’ BETWEEN YOU & YOUR CO-PARENT & YOU ARE WILLING TO PAY FOR OR COVER THEIR HALF (and you are still requesting our team to relay messages to them); our team will still relay the communication (FROM YOU, TO THEM), but if the other parent is unwilling to pay for the return service; then our team will NOT send a return message back to you, until payment has been made to cover the return messages. 


  • We are NOT a real or physical airline; Parenting Airlines (PA) is referenced using the "Airline/Airport vernacular" to help ease the already challenging, stressful & cumbersome experience of having to co-parent

Return and Refund Policy

  • NO REFUNDS AFTER SERVICES HAVE BEEN RENDERED, NO EXCEPTIONS! THANK YOU


  • FOR MONTHLY MEMBERSHIPS ONLY- NO REFUNDS AFTER THE 5TH DAY OF THE MONTH (IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO CANCEL, PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR REQUEST IN WRITING BY EMAIL TO: CANCEL@PARENTINGAIRLINES.COM BY OR BEFORE THE 3RD DAY OF THE SAME MONTH YOU ARE REQUESTING TO CANCEL ON)


  • NO REFUNDS FOR PAYING ON BEHALF OF THE ‘OTHER’ PARENT OR YOUR CO-PARENT. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A COURT ORDER (that specifies the mandatory split pay-that covers their return message back to you); & YOU ARE PAYING ON YOUR OWN FREE WILL (willingly) for ALL co-parent 'return' messages; THE SAME REFUND POLICY (ABOVE) APPLIES HERE (you can still cancel by the 3rd day of the month)
