Q- Is Parenting Airlines (PA) a “real” airline/aircraft company?
A-No, PA is not a real or physical airline; Parenting Airlines (PA) is referenced using a creative theme and the "Airline/Airport vernacular" to help ease the already challenging, stressful & cumbersome experience of having to co-parent.
Q- What does Parenting Airlines do?
A- Parenting Airlines is primarily a ‘Messenger’ communication service; we relay all of your messages back & forth (by secure email) between both parents. We relay messages for all matters relating to your children, in situations where you cannot (due to a protective order) or you simply ‘do not want to’ communicate directly with the other parent to avoid further conflict.
Q- What if my ‘Ex’ doesn’t want to pay (or refuses to cooperate) for this service but we desperately need to communicate daily about our child; what should I do?
A- You can speak with your legal team/counsel and request an amendment to your court order (if you have one), that the judge specifically includes ‘Parenting Airlines’ in the court order to make it mandatory for both of you to utilize our services to communicate about your child’s daily needs. *Depending upon the custody plan, the judge will either have you both split the cost or will enforce one party be responsible to pay 100% of all fees.
Q- What if my ‘Ex’ and I don’t have a court order but we don’t get along and cannot communicate with each other, then what do I do?
A- You can speak with your legal team/counsel to seek a new court order that will enforce your ‘Ex’ to help pay their half or you can pay for both sides (i.e., If you sign up for the monthly subscription for unlimited services, you would pay the total of $278 per month, that includes your $139 and your exes portion of $139). Please be reminded that if you pay for your part of the service (message to be sent to your ex) but your ‘Ex’ does not cover or pay for the ‘return’ message back to you; the return message will not be relayed to you until that other side has been paid for.
Q- How do I get started with service as quick as today?
A- Super easy, if you’re needing more of a daily messenger & family management services, go ahead and sign up for our monthly subscription on our ‘Boarding Pass’ page and purchase both the Check-In & Monthly Subscription services (the Check-In is just a one time only purchase). Once our team receives payment, one of our team attendants will reach out to you immediately to get your account set up and start communicating for you right away.
If you’re just needing a quick FaceTime call set up or quick message to set up your visits or one of our other services, then go ahead and purchase our ‘As Needed’ service and specify which service you need. One of our team attendants will reach out to you and schedule your service on the date and time you request.
Q- Who are the founders of Parenting Airlines?
A- The idea for Parenting Airlines was created, crafted & started by a diverse team of professional experts in the field of parenting and communication. The team is made up of legal experts, family law attorneys, military chaplains, child & family therapists, Ph.Ds/educators & tech entrepreneurs; all with a cumulative of over 50 years of experience in bringing together a holistic approach and wellness foundation for children and families; helping with the co-parenting journey.
Q- Who actually runs the operations of PA & who will be relaying my messages between me and the other parent from day to day?
A- ALL of our team of staff (whom we’ve named as our exclusive) ‘Flight Team & Attendants’ who will be communicating between both parties of parents; have all gone through & passed an 8-week training, background checks & are skilled in Family Dynamics. Our operational team also have diverse backgrounds & skills in customer service, court monitoring, military and more; their main focus is to ensure your messages & communication get delivered safely & smoothly & that you have the utmost support as you go through the co-parenting journey.
Q- Is Parenting Airlines hiring?
A- Yes, we are currently hiring for a remote Concierge (to join our 24-hour customer support team), Lead Referrals Concierge (for our Phoenix, AZ Office location/In Person) & remote Parent Communication Attendant (PCA). Q- I’m newly separated & don’t know where to begin; do you provide referrals to family custody attorneys & a supervised visitation agency?
A-Yes, we provide both direct referrals to family law attorneys & supervised visit agencies in your city & state. This is called our ‘GATE AGENT’ service & you can purchase it for $49 (if you’re not a member); it comes with (3) referrals.
A- Also, we have our ‘NAVIGATION’ service where we answer all of your questions in a 20-minute phone call & guide you through starting the process of separation to co-parenting.
